Threading Method
When it comes to threading, Reunko employs the rolling method. Rolling requres placing a blank rod or bar into a machine which has dies shaped to the required thread which "cold work" (squeeze the metal" to form the thread rather than cutting or grinding them. The rolled thread, due to cold-rolling action, is 10 to 20% stronger than a cut or ground thread. The strength increase may be higher when for fatigue. No sock (material) is wasted as in the cutting process and the surface is harder, thus increasing wear resistance. Rolling is not only quicker but cheaper and this gives Reunko a competitive edge over its opposition.
No matter what your performance requirements are, our threading method (rolling) will ensure a perfect match.

Inbound
Logistics
In order to ensure that strict deadlines are met, Reunko has an 8-ton truck that fetches all the raw materials and utilities required for our operations. These are stored in designated areas until use.

Outbound Logistics
Finished products are stored in designated area. Deliveries are then made using the 8-ton truck. As most mines and factories have depots around Johannesburg areas, finished goods are delivered there and then transfered to their final destinations.
