In order to effectively operate, we have employed very capable staff in the following key positions:
* 4 x Labourers
* 1 x Financial and Admnistrative Staff
* 1 x Operations Manager
* 1 x Management
Reunko fully complies with BCEA i.e Basic Conditions of Employment Act. It is also fully compliant with BBBEE requirements with all the employees being Historically Disadvantaged Individuals.

Management
The founder and manager, Reuben Nkosi, has been in the steel industry for over twenty (20) years. Having worked for well-konown players (LTA, Feza Izidingo, Steeldale Group of Companies and Trident Steel) in the South African steel industry, Reuben has vast experience in the manufacture of various steel products. While working for these companies, Reuben held various positions that included quality assurance manager (Steeldale Droup of Companies, trident Steel and LTA and marketing director (Feza Izidingo).
Reuben holds a Diploma in Business and Financial Management and is currently studying towards BComm degree through UNISA.
